Apurva Sircar, the former Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Bandhan Bank, has recently taken on a transformative role as CEO of Flying Man Ventures (FMV), a company founded by tennis legend Leander Paes. With a vision to create a meaningful impact through sports, fitness, and education, FMV aims to combine Leander’s remarkable legacy in tennis with innovative approaches to health, wellness, and corporate collaborations. 

Flying Man Ventures draws inspiration from Leander’s illustrious career, which includes 18 Grand Slam titles, a record seven Olympic appearances, and his induction into the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The company is set to explore a diverse array of initiatives, such as sports education, corporate wellness programs, and entertainment projects, all grounded in the values of perseverance, teamwork, and excellence.
